Personal Training Programs & Nutrition Counseling offered by ML Fitness:
1x Per Week (either 30min or 60 min sessions available) For our clients that wish to train 1 time a week we recommend doing cardio outside of our personal training sessions depending on your goals. Your trainer will work with you to develop a work-out routine you can do at home or a local gym.
2x Per Week (either 30min or 60 min sessions available) Our average client trains 2 times a week. This is for the person that wants incredible results and doesn't have too much time to train alone or realistically wont train outside of our sessions.
3x-5x Per Week (either 30min or 60 min sessions available) You do not need to do cardio outside of our personal training sessions but any additional workouts/cardio will further dramatically increase your results.
Group Classes* (For Personal Training Members Only* for an additional $40/month you can add unlimited group classes to your account) If you have trouble working out alone, remembering what to do for the cost of a gym membership we offer small group personal training for those we need the support and accountability of a group. You still have the personal experience but will have others to share the fun with!
