What We Offer
Fitness Evaluations
1 on 1 sessions with a person trainer. This assessment will include a composition test and an opportunity to receive answers to your questions about weight training, cardio, or nutrition. We'll work together and discover way you can see results and be efficient with your time while having fun. Most important you'll learn how to make permanent changes in your life & health!
Personal Training
After the fitness evaluation, a certified personal trainer will develop a specific program tailored to your needs. This will include 1-on-1 personal training sessions, followed up with additional exercise routines to keep you on track when your out of our facility. Your fitness professional will also conduct monthly measurements and "weigh-ins" to track your progress, and nutrition counseling to ensure you're exactly where you want to be!
Group Classes & Semi-Private Training
Maybe a group setting is more your speed. Offering six different classes for all different skill levels our classes are fun and a great workout! View our schedule tab to see which class interests you and fits into your lifestyle. Don't forget your first class is on us!
