ML Fitness Boot Camp

ML Fitness Boot camp 
  ML Fitness Boot camp is a group exercise program is designed to tone and strengthen the entire body.  The class consists of bodyweight exercises, kettle bell exercises, dumbbells, jump rope, rope, stability ball, punching bag that is guaranteed to burn up to 600 to 1000 calories in the hour, helping you to lose unwanted fat while toning your muscles.

Zumba BASIC class is ideal for anyone new to Zumba, older participants, or participants with injuries. Zumba BASIC works with low intensity and focuses on technique. ML Fitness Circuit Training

  MLF Circuit training is a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics.  An exercise ‘circuit’ is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.  It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.   

Thighs, Butts, & Guts

Thighs, Butts & Guts is designed to sculpt trim shapely hips & thighs.  Get rid of those wiggles and jiggles once and for all!  We will target all of those problems and hard to hit areas to give you the legs and butt you have always wanted.  The abs assault portion of this class will help you isolate and define your abs, which will build a stronger tighter mid- section.

Whether it’s slimming the mid-section, defining that six-pack, or improving your lower back strength, this class is sure to assist. Sorry we can’t do anything about the nuisances that life tends to throw at us, BUT we can help to aid in the ability for you to alleviate the stress in your back, neck, and shoulders with this great workout program. WHO WOULDN’T WANT A LITTLE STRESS RELIEF IN THEIR LIFE?? This is it!!

Yoga (All Levels) 

  An all level Vinyasa yoga class focuses on strengthening and stretching the body through synchronized breath and body movement.  The emphasis on breath techniques, the posture sequences and suggested modifications provide opportunities for you to deepen or soften your practice while continuing to build physical endurance, mental focus, and overall wellness.
